Timesheet Policy (Summer 2025 Trial)

As part of our summer operations, PNWK staff will trial managing their own timesheets directly within the Sling app. This replaces the Timesheet Adjustment Request form.

1. Clock In via Sling for All Shifts — Including Meetings

  • Clock in through the Sling app when you arrive at your meeting spot at the park, and for all meeting times.

  • You may clock out when you leave your shift, or Sling will automatically clock you out at the scheduled end time.

2. Review Your Timesheet at the End of Each Work Week

  • Check your time entries each week for accuracy.

  • If corrections are needed:

    • Tap the shift

    • Edit the clock-in or clock-out time

    • Add a comment explaining the adjustment (e.g., “Forgot to clock in,” “App not working”)

3. Edits Will Be Reviewed Before Payroll

  • All changes will be reviewed and approved prior to payroll processing.

  • Make sure your timesheet is complete and accurate by the end of each week to avoid any delays in payment.
